"The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is a statutory professional body in India with the objective of promoting, regulating and developing the profession of Company Secretaries in India." A Company Secretary is one of the most wanted and rewarding senior position in a private sector company or public sector organization. The CS course can be Classified into three Categories for Certification, CS Foundation, CS Executive, and CS Professional Programme. Employment opportunities include Assistance to the Board of Directors, Legal Advisor, Corporate Policymaker, Principal Secretary.
The Exam for the Foundation course is held biannually, during the months of December and June every year. The students must register with the ICSI 9 months prior to the exam. The Foundation examination should be qualified within the time limit of 3 years from the period of registration. The Eligibility for the CS Foundation Program is one should have passed (10 +2) or Equivalent exam from a recognized organization in the country. For CS Executive, one has to clear the CS foundation or any Graduation from any stream. For CS Professional Program, one has to clear the CS Executive (Compulsory). The examination is conducted in June and December every year.

Admission Procedure
- Verification of eligibility documents(Tenth,Plus two, Degree Certificates, proof of other qualifications like CS Foundation,CS Executive, in case applicable).
- The Student should pay INR 5000 as admission fee.
- Submit two passport size photos, for official purpose.
- The Commencement date of classes will be declared at the time of admission.
